• At the age of 29, Bhullar is the youngest player to win eight tournaments on the Asian Tour following his win at the 2017 Macao Open. • Bounced back from a wrist injury he sustained in 2014 by winning the 2016 Shinhan Donghae Open in Korea in 2016. • Clinching the BANK BRI-JCB Indonesia Open title for the second time in his career two months later. • Enjoyed a wire-to-wire triumph at the Indonesia Open in 2013 and also finished second at the Avantha Masters on home soil. • Reinforced his rising star status with two victories at the Yeangder Tournament Players’ Championship in Taipei and Venetian Macau Open in 2012. • Notched his second career title at the season-opening Asian Tour International in Thailand in 2010. • Became the first Indian winner on the European Challenge Tour when he won the Gujarat Kensville Challenge on home soil in 2011. • Broke through by winning his maiden title at the Indonesia President Invitational in 2009. • Qualified for his maiden Major at the British Open in 2009.
• Picked up golf at the age of four from his father H.S Bhullar. • Grew up at Kapurthala Golf Club, in a city located north of India. • Enjoys listening to Indian hip-hop and jazz music. • Was India’s number one amateur in 2004 and 2006 and claimed a silver medal in the team event at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. • Won the World Junior Masters Championship in 2005.
