I have to play good this week because I want to play at the WGC-HSBC Champions this year. I didn’t think about it at the start of the year but suddenly, I was playing well and the results pushed me in the right direction.
If I play good this week, then everyone will notice that I’m Korean! If I play good or if I win, then the Korean fans will know who I am.
My family is in Korea but I like staying in Thailand because the weather is nice for golf. I think my dad is coming down to support me.
My game has been in great shape in every tournament that I play in. But I feel that I need a bit of luck to give me that win. I’ve been playing my own game and it has been going the way I wanted it to be.
I’ve had a few chances to win and if I keep putting myself in this position, I’m sure that I can win. KJ is the legend in Korea. He is obviously a much better player than I am but in golf, anybody can win. I just want to play and enjoy my game and not be too aggressive.
Ends.
