India's S.S.P. Chowrasia, a two-time Asian Tour winner, is a further shot back in equal 38th alongside other Asian Tour members Gunn Charoenkul of Thailand and Sweden's Rikard Karlberg on 288 total.
Meanwhile at the Senior Open Championship presented by Rolex where Germany's Bernhard Langer completed a wire-to-wire victory, former Asian Tour member Rick Gibson of Canada showed he still can compete at the highest level when he posted a 75 to finish tied third with Englishman Barry Lane and American Tom Pernice Jnr.
"This has been a terrific week. If I'm given another chance again next year, I'll try to swing a little better and give myself a few more chances, said" the 52-year-old, who won the Philippines Open in 2002.
