Karlberg & Chowrasia finish tied-9th

August 18: Two-time Asian Tour winner Rikard Karlberg of Sweden fired a closing two-under-par 69 to share ninth place with India’s S.S.P. Chowrasia and four other players at the inaugural Made in Denmark on Sunday.
Chowrasia, who traded two birdies against two bogeys, signed for another 71 to match Karlberg’s four-day total of one-under-par 283 at the Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. The duo finished eight shots back of winner Marc Warren of Scotland.
Korean-American David Lipsky marked his best round of the week when he returned with a three-under-par 68 to tie in 15th place on 284.
India’s Shiv Kapur finished one shot back of Lipsky after carding a 70 while compatriot Gaganjeet Bhullar posted a disappointing 76 to finish tied-74th.
CHOWRASIA MOVES INTO TIED-EIGHTH IN DENMARK
August 17: India’s S.S.P. Chowrasia posted another round of even-par 71 to move into a share of eighth place with four other players at the penultimate round of the inaugural Made in Denmark on Saturday.
The two-time Asian Tour winner traded three birdies against three bogeys for a three-day total of one-under-par 212 at the Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. He is five shots off the pace from leading duo Bradley Dredge of Wales and Marc Warren of Scotland.
Sweden’s Rikard Karlberg, who carded a 71, moved up 19 spots to grab a share of 16th place while Shiv Kapur of India slipped to tied-22nd after signing for a 74.
Korean-American David Lipsky registered a 73 to tie in 26th place on 216 while five-time Asian Tour winner Gaganjeet Bhullar of India carded a disappointing 75 for a share of 50thplace.
CHOWRASIA AND KAPUR TIED FOR 13TH IN DENMARK
August 16: India’s Shiv Kapur carded a three-under-par 68 to share 13th place with compatriot S.S.P. Chowrasia and 10 other players at the halfway stage of the inaugural Made in Denmark on Friday.
The Indian duo compiled a two-day total of one-under-par 141 to trail overnight co-leader Bradley Dredge of Wales by seven shots at the Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort.
Kapur returned with a flawless round highlighted by three birdies while Chowrasia marked his card with two birdies against two bogeys.
Five-time Asian Tour winner Gaganjeet Bhullar, also from India, registered a 70 to stay two shots back in tied-35th with Korean-American David Lipsky, Sweden’s Rikard Karlberg and four other players.
India’s Jeev Milkha Singh carded a 75 to miss the halfway cut, which was set at four-over-par 146, by two shots while Berry Henson of the United States also failed to make the cut after signing for a disappointing 80.
CHOWRASIA TRAILS BY FOUR IN DENMARK
August 15: India’s S.S.P. Chowrasia, a two-time Asian Tour winner, opened his campaign with a one-under-par 70 to tie in fifth place at the inaugural Made in Denmark held at the Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort on Thursday.
The talented Indian traded five birdies against two bogeys and a double bogey to stay four shots off the pace of co-leaders local hero Thomas Bjorn, Bradley Dredge of Wales and Felipe Aguilar of Chile at the €1,500,000 European Tour event.
American duo David Lipsky and Berry Henson signed for matching 72s to share 29th place with 12 other players while Rikard Karlberg of Sweden, India’s Gaganjeet Bhullar, Jeev Milkha Singh and Shiv Kapur stayed one shot back in tied-43rd after posting identical 73s.
