Former champions back for Omega European Masters

Crans Montana, June 14: Former champions Thomas Bjorn of Denmark and Scotland's Richie Ramsay are ready to replicate their winning performances when they tee up at theĀ Omega European Masters which begins at the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club from September 5-8.
Bjorn will make his 13th appearance at the Omega European Masters, ready to repeat his winning feat from 2011 while defending champion Ramsay will be determined to put up a stout defence.
Having won 13 titles on the European Tour, the 42-year-old Dane has been enjoying a fine run with three top-10 finishes in the last four weeks.
Ramsay has meanwhile yet to miss a single cut in nine starts and will be arrivingĀ at the magnificent Swiss Alps in buoyant mood.
The Omega European Masters is the first event in Europe to be co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour and European Tour since 2009.
