Delhi, November 6: Rahil Gangjee of India took time to connect with his fans by spending some time with them before the start of the US$300,000 Panasonic Open India.
Gangjee, together with the Asian Tour, ran a social media contest on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram titled “Hang Out with Rahil” where two lucky winners earned a chance to spend time with him during a practice round at the Delhi Golf Club.
Nine-year-old Ritadhvaj Bose and Tilak Malaviya, the two lucky winners, were also hosted by Gangjee to breakfast. They were also allowed to watch him prepare for a practice round and enjoyed the privilege to walk inside the ropes.
“This was a great opportunity for me to engage with the fans. We had great fun and it was a privilege to spend time with them. I gave them some tips along the way and I think they really appreciated it!” said Gangjee.
