Singapore, August 15: This week, we put Berry Henson of the United States in the spotlight and take a look at his season so far and what to expect of him when the Asian Tour season resumes in September.
His season so far: Henson has not enjoyed the best of starts so far where he made three cuts in six starts. His best result was tied 23rd at the SAIL-SBI Open in India in February.
The American is currently ranked 70th on the Asian Tour Order of Merit with total earnings of US$8,992 and will need a huge lift when the second half of the season resume.
What can we expect from Henson:  Henson will need to put on strong performances in the remaining half of the season to haul himself into the top-60 on the Order of Merit and retain his Asian Tour card for 2015.
Henson showed promise last season by finishing 19th on the Order of Merit, courtesy of one top-10 and five top-20 results.
He continues his search for a second Asian Tour victory after bursting onto the scene in 2011 where he claimed two victories in three weeks. He was victorious at the Clearwater Masters on the Asian Development Tour (ADT) and was successful at the Philippine Open on the Asian Tour.
