“I have been following updates on the flood situation but to be here in the midst of it all is heart wrenching. In this times of need, we as Malaysians should put our differences aside and come together to help fellow Malaysians in need,” said Chia.
Mardan, a four-time Asian Tour winner, who accompanied Chia said, “I have never seen anything like this before. The conditions are worse than I had imagined. The Asian Tour golfers are going to come together to offer our support to the affected communities.”
