March 12: Angelo Que of the Philippines is eager to win the Solaire Open on a venue where he has won three local titles before. In this blog, he talks about winning again and welcoming a new addition to his family!

Playing on a course where you know very well is comforting. I haven’t done well in the last few years that we played here but I’ve been working with my coach for the past month and I really want this.
Hopefully the golfing Gods will give it to me. I’ve worked hard for this week so hopefully everything will come my way.
It is a long course and the years that I’ve won here, I’ve hit the ball really good and putted well. The greens are really tricky and it is hard to hit it close. You don’t get many chances to hit it close to the hole but when you do, you have to take those chances and get your birdies.
I’m actually playing better compared to when I won on the Asian Tour. I’m more consistent now. I think it is not that I’m doing anything wrongly. The Asian Tour is getting stronger, the players are getting better. Even the old guys are still good and the young ones are hungry. All I need is a little bit more luck.
I’m pretty excited because the second kid is on the way. Having two kids is going to be fun. Now we are a family. Previously it was just the three of us but this second baby will really complete the family. We are looking forward to it.
Ends.
