Liang Wen-chong (Chn) – Final Round 69 (-3), Total 272 (-16)
It has been a long time since I last came to the Philippines and a good five years since I last won on the Asian Tour. This is my six consecutive event already and I was actually kind of worn out coming to the Philippines early this week. Furthermore, I was still nursing an old hand injury which acted up again early this week. It got so bad the night after my first round that i even thought of withdrawing from the tournament. Luckily it got better after my visit to the Physio. I want to thank my caddy, who also caddies for Malaysia’s Danny Chia, for helping me to bandage my wrist. I am thankful that we were blessed with good weather throughout the tournament.
I am very sorry about the typhoon that has happened last week. I’ve decided to donate 50% of my winnings this week to Red Cross as a form of respect and gesture to those affected by Typhoon Haiyan. I hope my win can foster better ties between China and the Philippines as well.
Prom Meesawat (Tha) – Final Round 65 (-7), Total 272 (-16)
This week has been good. I played very good, especially today. I controlled my driver very well. I was lucky to chip in on holes five and seven. My front nine was good with four-under-par. I enjoyed playing and talking with Angelo Que and I was pretty relaxed with my game too. I had a bad season in 2010. I lost all my confidence. I’ve been working very hard since. My friends and my team have been a great help. My wife and family have been supporting me too. I am glad I am starting to play good again.
Carlos Pigem (Esp) - Final Round 65 (-7), Total 273 (-15)
I played really good today. I missed three or four putts but overall, it's good. I am really happy with my game this week. It does not matter how i finished today. I was kind of disappointed yesterday but I managed to make it up today. It has been a great year playing in Asia. I have a few more events coming up. Hopefully I can maintain my good form till the end of the season.
Charles Hong (Phi) – Final Round 65 (-7), Total 276 (-12)
My round was better than expected today. I started earlier today so the wind factor didn’t affect my game on the front nine.  I putted better today too. It has been a bit of roller coaster this week. I have some friends who were affected by Typhoon Haiyan and it has always been at the back of my mind. Having finished well this week is sort of good news for me. I am very happy to finish well in my second Asian Tour event this year. My friends were following me this week and that motivates me a lot. Their support really helped me a lot.
Carlo Sainz Jr (Usa) – Final Round 65 (-7), Total 278 (-10)
My mum is a Filipino and I am very happy that I got a sponsor invite to play at her hometown this week. I shot a five-under-par 67 today. Today was a very solid round. Perhaps winning was out of the question but I wanted to put myself close to the leaders. It has been a great experience this week. I had a really good time. I had a lot of fun this week.
Quincy Quek (Sin) – Final Round 69 (-3), Total 279 (-9)
This week has been quite a good week for me. My putting was good. My average number of putts for every round was about 27. Everything else was good too. I am quite happy and satisfied with my game right now. I haven’t been playing great earlier because of my putting. Right now, it’s getting better and I managed to get some confidence back. There’s a string of events coming up. Hopefully I can keep up with my good form and do better before the season ends.
