Thongchai & Lipsky make Ireland weekend

May 21: Thongchai Jaidee of Thailand and David Lipsky of the United States make the halfway cut at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open Hosted by the Rory Foundation after shooting a 72 and 71 respectively on Friday.
The former Asian Tour Order of Merit champions shared tied 24th position on a one-under-par 143 total in the event where Marc Warren of Scotland and Danny Willett of England lead on 136.
Wu Ashun of China and Rikard Karlberg of Sweden also qualify for the weekend but Jeunghun Wang of Korea, who was aiming for a third straight win, failed to make the cut.

May 20: Thongchai Jaidee of Thailand started his campaign at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open hosted by the Rory Foundation with a one-under-par 71 on Thursday.
The three-time Asian Tour number one traded three birdies against two bogeys to lie in tied 17th position, six shots back of the leader Danny Willett of England.
David Lipsky of the United States, the 2014 Order of Merit winner, was a further shot back while Jeunghun Wang of Korea, aiming for a third straight victory, returned with a disappointing 75.
