Taipei, September 10: Watch this video to find out what Lin Wen-tang of Chinese Taipei has to say ahead of the US$500,000 Yeangder Tournament Players Championship (TPC).
LIN WEN-TANG (TPE)
There is always some form of pressure playing in a tournament sponsored by my boss (Emmet Hsu). Emmet has been very supportive of us (players) and we will all try our best to win the tournament so as to repay his kindness. I will be trying out my new driver this week. I know it is risky but I have good feelings about it so I hope it will yield some good results this week. I haven’t played much on the Asian Tour this season actually but I’m pretty satisfied with my results so far. I’ve also won two tournaments locally and I’ve got a few good results as well. I will give myself 80 marks out of 100 if I have to rate my performance. I will try and get more good results in the remainder of the season.
The key to play well on this course is to hit as many greens as you can. Playing in Taiwan, we all know that the greens are very slow. Hopefully my putting will work out well this week.
