Wang, 21, is currently third on the money race following his victory at the Qatar Masters last month while Lipsky, the Asian Tour number one in 2014, is in fourth position after finishing second in the Maybank Championship, a co-sanctioned tournament by the Asian and European Tours, two weeks ago.
Brazel, who broke through at the UBS Hong Kong Open last December for his first victory on the Asian Tour and European Tour, will also make his debut at the World Golf Championships in Mexico at the Club de Golf Chapultepec from March 2-5.
Australian Scott Hend, who won the Asian Tour's Order of Merit, and second-ranked Marcus Fraser of Australia qualified for the Mexico Championship by virtue of being the highest two ranked golfers on the Asian Tour in 2016.
