Biography

Antonio is also a coach for the national amateur team and is often helping fellow players on the driving range with golf tips on Tour. Credited his recent success to a regime where he jogs every morning. “My better fitness has helped me play better over four rounds,” he said.

Career Highlights

  1. Antonio claimed two top-10 finishes at the Yeangder TPC and the Royal Cup in 2017.
  2. He came close to winning his maiden Asian Tour title on three occasions in 2014.
  3. Finished tied second at the ICTSI Philippine Open and Mercuries Taiwan Masters and lost to Thailand’s Chapchai Nirat at the Worldwide Selangor Masters play-off
  4. Ended the season in a career high ninth place on the Order of Merit
