Biography

He is close friends with countryman Danthai Boonma, who claimed his breakthrough victory on the Asian Tour just a week before him. A law undergraduate from Thammasat University in Thailand. Had his coach, Somkiat Sungwanphet, on his bag during the week when he won the Resorts World Manila Masters.

Career Highlights

  1. Natipong won his first Asian Tour title at the 2015 Resorts World Manila Masters which was only his fourth event on the region’s premier Tour
  2. Played on a sponsor’s invitation but topped the field by one shot following a closing five-under-par 67
  3. He enjoyed an illustrious amateur career where he won gold medals in the team and individual events at the 2015 Southeast Asia Games in Singapore.
